If you are considering a Tent Wedding, we can help!  While we do not actually erect the tents ourselves that has never stopped us from creating incredibly beautiful Signature Tent Weddings, in Barrie, Simcoe and Muskoka areas.

Having designed and coordinated numerous tent weddings, from the ground up, we are uniquely qualified to provide you with everything you will need for your tent wedding.

Our Signature Tent Wedding method ensures your wedding has everything it needs to give you and your guests a fabulous, flawless wedding experience.  Our services offer, and are certainly not limited to, the following:

  • Pole tents or frame tents (we can explain the difference)
  • Flooring options
  • Event rentals including tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, dishes, serving dishes
  • Heating or cooling units
  • Lighting for the perimeter, chandeliers, string lights, flood lights
  • Table linens
  • Washroom trailers
  • Power generators
  • Bars/coolers/specialty equipment

Our Signature Tent Wedding Design Method Can Help You

When you choose our Signature Tent Wedding service, along with our Signature Wedding Design service, you will also benefit from our experience to set up your floor plan, and create the layout for the surrounding area, particularly if you are having a ceremony or other types of stations adjacent to the main tent, such as an outdoor bar or lounge areas.  Our design service can make your tent set up as individualized as you would like.

We will remind you about building permits, exit signs, fire extinguishers, tent inspections, insurance….all the things you may not be aware of.

On your behalf, we will coordinate all the logistics of the delivery/installation/removal of the tent/rentals.  So simple for you to only deal with one key contact person, and know all the crucial elements are being taken care of!

The installation team takes care of setting up the tables, chairs, and linens.  And, if your caterer doesn’t supply staff to set the tables, our crew can even take care of that.

We will be onsite when the tent is being set up, to be sure all the details are included, and we are there the day after to be sure everything is ready for the tent to be torn down.

We have found most of our clients, when booking our Signature Tent Wedding service, also choose to include both our Signature Wedding Design and Signature Wedding Day Management packages.  This offers clients comprehensive wedding services, covering all the aspects needed for an incredible wedding day.

    I was just curious as to whether you would be able to give me a quote for our upcoming wedding in August. I was at the Ring expo, and was beyond thrilled with speaking to your representative.
    We are having an outdoor wedding therefore we will need a tent. We have approximately 90 guests, and would love to know the price of your tent rentals.
    If you have different packages available, would you be able to send me those options as well?
